  This is the message I emailed 2 weeks ago to the owner with no response I wish I could give it a 0 out of 5 Hi there, I just wanted to let you know about my horrible experience at your restraunt.Me and 3 friends wanted to go out for dinner after work and notice on Tue you guys have half price wings so we decided to go to your location.We normaly go to St louis or buffalo wings.We have not been at your location and since its close to our work we headed over to wild wing.When we got there at 410 we notice it was empty which was great we could get out food quick.I ask the waitress if half price only apply to the first pound she replyed yes,ok no big deal.She said if you buy a can of pop i can give you the 2nd pound for 1/2 price as well.So we all did this 3 of us got 2 drinks at $3 each and two pounds of wings.One of my friends got 4 pounds plus 4 cans of pop plus a wrap.She took all of our orders down,then returned 20 mintues later and said sorry we are out of pop there is nothing i can do.We ask if she could comp us somthing like lg fryes or rings or even 1 app to split.She reply no.My one friend said i only want 2 pounds of wings then not 4 she reply you oreder 4 you are getting 4 pounds its too late.I got a phone call and at that time notice we have been sitting at the table for 45 mins and no food,I dont understand how it takes over 45 mins to cook chicken wings.We finally got our wings around 5.This is so unacceptable i have never had service like this the whole time there was only 2 people at the bar maybe because of the service i dont know but we wont be returning to this location.We spent about 130$.We got charged $32 for 4 foutain pops do you think this is right. 1.why did we have to wait almost a hour for food when restraunt was empty 2.How can wait staff promiss drinks then just say oh well we dont have it even tho we paided for it. 3.Please check your rating on google for your location i wish i would have checked it before we went to eat, I have not lefted a bad feed back for your restraunt yet because i wanted to give you a chance to make it right.

  I couldn't even order. Staff ignores new customers, only ever tends regulars. Based on what my friend said, the food was greasy and not worth the money. The franchise owner needs to rethink this location. It's the worst I've been to.

  You really need to update your Google search. I thought I called the Aurora location for a pick up order, but the number was for the Newmarket location. Went to 340 Eagle st in Newmarket, only to find out it was supposed to be Eagle st west. By the time we got there, food has already been cooked for 20 minutes, by the time we got home the fries were soggy and cold and so were the wings. For a large company you would think that this would all be accurate.
