Pretty good at screwing up your order, pretty good at overcharging you. Like seriously, how hard is it to get butter on the bagel one orders, well for this location it is mighty difficult! Ordered two bagels and they got basically no butter on either bagel but quite a lot of grease was on the wrapping...useless...

Poor service, orders made incorrect. Constantly have to specify what is wanted in great detail. Slow drive through.

Manager needs to get this place together. There's ONE lady that's amazing and hilarious and the rest are idiots. My husband ordered a cafe mocha today and was told it doesn't come with whipped cream. Since when?? The woman didn't even understand his order it was insane.

If you are looking for lively, this is ine of the best Tims. It fills up with all the kids from the local high school who are all amazingly polite. Just a bit of fun. Food and service top notch from this experienced team. Place kept very clean and tidy.
