  Horrible dirty place ! Chicken old and saggy... has been probably heated few times ...unfriendly service

  Very understaffed. Cashier spends mortgage time in the kitchen rather than manning her post. The driver is running around like a chicken with its head cut off (no pun intended). While writing this, the cashier went to the back again for the 3rd time. I really should give an extra star for the comedy.

  2nd time in a row this location screwed up my order. I've been calling and no one will answer the phone. Totally done with this place

  First time ever reviewing anything, honestly I don't want to give it even one star.. that's just how bad this place is. First they give me the wrong pop no big deal and didn't complain (as I'm not usually one to complain) 20 minutes went by, two people ahead got their order so I asked how long mine was going to be, the cashier yells back "this customer is getting mad how long for the order" no response from anyone.. ask again 5 minutes later still no response. Finally after waiting for 35 mins for 2 combos I said I need to know how long I've been waiting for over 30 minutes and if it's much longer I would please like my money back. The guy in the back responded "well if you would stop talking it would be faster". I said excuse me I have asked 3 times over a matter of 35 minutes with no answer as to why there is a delay I would have had no problem changing my order to something quicker as I was visiting someone in the hospital and needed to leave. With that being said there was a canceled order right after mine, one guy swearing and another girl shaking her head at how poorly the staff treated me. I will NEVER be going to this KFC again. Not to mention the fries were cold and my pop was luke warm by the time my whole order was ready. Not a happy customer.
