Newmarket location did a wonderful job with the Birthday arrangement I ordered. The staff went over and beyond the call of duty when I mistakenly gave them the wrong address for delivery. Thank you for taking caring of everything!

Excellent customer service! I had placed an online order for Christmas pickup- to have 2 gift baskets for my wonderful tenants, however I was called back from the store and told that they were not open on Christmas and that the system had made an error and that I could pick up the items either on the 24th or on 26th. As this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I was not arriving from out of the country until late Christmas eve, the kind store manager offered to deliver my items on time for the holidays at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend!
